½ tsp Matcha Matcha Ceremonial Grade
25 ml Tequila
25 ml Cointreau or Triple Sec
50 ml Lime Juice (2 limes)
25 ml Simple Syrup or Agave
Ice (handful)
1 Chilli (optional)
Salt (optional)

Instructions

Make your matcha mix by whisking 20ml hot water with your matcha powder.
Add a handful of ice to your cocktail shaker.
Pour in your tequila, cointreau/triple sec, simple syrup or agave and matcha mix.
Squeeze your limes into the cocktail shaker. If making a spicy margarita, add a couple of slices of chilli depending on how spicy you'd like it to be.
Put the lid on the cocktail shaker (securely!) and shake until the shaker becomes frosted/cold.
Salt the rim of your cocktail glass (optional) and pour in your marg. Enjoy!
