Matcha Brown Butter Cookies

258 g Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 ½ tbsp Matcha powder
227 g Unsalted butter
100 g Granulated sugar
220 g Light brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
180 g White chocolate chips or a bar chopped into chunks
Instructions
On a medium heat brown your butter. It will start to foam and give off a nutty aroma, when it starts turning brown in colour, take it off the heat.
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Add the browned butter to a separate bowl. Add the brown and granulated sugar. Mix until combined. Add the eggs and the vanilla extract. Mix again until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter sugar mix. Combine with a spatula until a green dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Take tablespoon scoops of dough and form a ball by rolling the dough in between your hands. Place the cookie dough ball onto a baking lined tray. Repeat with the rest of the dough. Rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Once at temperature space out a few of the cookie dough balls on the tray. Bake in the over for 10-13 minutes.
Let them cool slightly and then enjoy!
